What's Inside
Fresh Group II base stock with zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate (ZDDP) anti-wear additive — same chemistry as Castrol Hyspin and Shell Tellus. Anti-foam package, demulsibility for monsoon moisture, oxidation inhibitors for 2000+ hour drain intervals. Meets IS 3098.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I mix your hydraulic oil with Castrol Hyspin already in my machine?
If both are mineral-based ISO VG 46 with zinc anti-wear, yes — chemically compatible. Recommend full drain at next scheduled change. Never mix synthetic with mineral, or different grades.
Q: How often should I change hydraulic oil in my JCB?
JCB recommends 2000 hours. On dusty Mumbai sites above 35°C, practical interval is 1500 hours. Blotter test: drop oil on white paper — dark ring with clear center means still usable.
Q: My hydraulic oil looks milky white. What happened?
Water contamination — common during monsoon via worn breather caps. Do NOT run the machine. Water destroys pump vanes within hours. Drain, replace breather, check seals, refill fresh.
Q: What is the difference between hydraulic oil and UTTO?
Hydraulic oil is for hydraulic systems only. UTTO is combined fluid for hydraulics + transmission + wet brakes in JCB-type machines with single reservoir. Use dedicated hydraulic oil if your machine has separate tanks.
